Monologue

Problem is, Mr. Wilson, we don’t make negotiations. Our job is a game. And this game, unfortunately for you, ain’t got no rules and no winner.

All this is about revenge, and you get what you deserve. See, our boss hires us to get his payback, and we never want to disappoint because if you get outta here alive, we get the punishment. So basically what I’m sayin’ is ya gonna die. And since ya gonna die anyway, why don’t you just tell us what happened. Why’d the soon-to-be governor make a mistake so bad that would ruin his entire campaign? (Pause. Mr. Z spins the crowbar in his hand.) No answer? (Mr. Z begins to swing the crowbar at Wilson, but hears Mr. X calling him from off stage.)
